I would like to offer you the historical Josephine Villa (“Willa Józefina”), situated in Milanówek (Poland), at ul. Piasta 13 for direct sale.

General information. The villa, designed by Anders, was built in 1905. It is a large, eclectic-style building with three storeys including a full basement, featuring some neo-Renaissance elements and a tower containing a staircase. The tower is topped with a decorative cupola, covered with titanium plate tiles. The front of the building features an impressive terrace and a balcony supported by cast iron columns. On the entrance side the building is decorated with a Swiss-style two-storey wooden loggia. The building has numerous decorative cornices and window frames. Both the plot and the building are listed and are exempt from the real estate tax.

Area. The plot on which the building is situated is square-shaped and covers the area of 2,325 sq. m. The plot contains old pine trees and an oak.
The villa is a three-storey building with a full basement and large windows.
The usable floor area of the basement is ca. 141.50 sq. m. The total area of the basement is 166.30 sq. m.
The usable floor area of the ground floor is ca. 149.50 sq. m. The total area of the ground floor is ca. 167.94 sq. m.

Building condition. The building has been renovated. The thorough renovation was completed in 2005. The wooden loggia and the terrace were reconstructed and a thorough renovation of the facades was carried out. The renovation was supervised by a monument conservator.
